How to reserve your furnished studio or apartment
in Paris
You can reserve your apartment directly via the France Ermitage
website. To do this, simply complete the form for requesting
information about a furnished apartment, specifying the reference
of the apartment that you are interested in, along with the
period that you wish to lease it for. You will not be asked
for any bank details, and the France Ermitage team will respond
to you within 24 working hours.
You obviously have the opportunity to visit the apartment
you want before making a reservation, if you wish to do so.
We will arrange an appointment to suit your availability with
one of our advisors, who will accompany you on a visit to
the apartment or apartments that you have selected.
The cost of moving into your furnished studio or apartment
in Paris
France Ermitage does not charge any agency fee to its new
tenants. Regardless of whether you are leasing an apartment
for a week or a year, you will not have any agency fees to
pay. You will only be asked for a deposit when you move into
the apartment. The size of this deposit will be based on the
monthly rental amount.
As far as insurance is concerned, you will not have to take
out any insurance, no matter the duration of your lease. France

Finally, with regard to gas and electricity costs, there
